For stock warehouse inventory out of California the MOQ will depend on the device, generally less than 100pcs. For factory orders the MOQ is 5k pcs.

Do the vapes come filled with cannabidiol (CBD)/ tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil?
No, we do not sale filled devices. We are a leading manufacturer of vaporizer devices and cartridges. We don’t sell oil or sell vapes filled with CBD/THC oil.

What is a 510-thread cartridge?
The 510-thread connection was initially developed by JWEI (our parent company) for the e-cigarette industry, which was eventually adopted by the cannabis oil industry. A 510-thread cartridge refers to a specific type and size of threading. The “5” in 510 refers to the 5 turns it takes to fasten a 510-thread cart to a battery, and the “10” refers to the 10mm diameter of the thread, which is a standard in the industry. Many vape carts and batteries are designed with a 510 connection, allowing for compatibility with a wide range of cartridges and batteries available on the market.
How to use a 510-thread cartridge?
First fasten a 510 cartridge to a 510-thread battery. Then activate the cartridge by pressing the power button or puffing on the cart, if the battery is puff activated.
What is a vape pen?
Typically, a vape pen refers to a handheld all-in-one vaporizer. It generally has all the main components of a 510-thread cart and battery built into one device, which are an atomizer for vaporizing the oil, a battery, a tank for holding the oil contents, and a mouthpiece for inhaling the vapor. Vape pens can be either disposable or reusable, depending on the type.
What is a disposable vape pen?
A disposable vape pen is an all-in-one vaporizer designed to be as convenient as possible and intended for one-time use.
How do I use a disposable vape pen?
To use a disposable vape pen, simply puff on the device. If the device is button-activated, press the power button while puffing on the device. Once the contents run out, users can dispose of the device and purchase a new one.
How to use the Ultra Pod and Battery system?
Using our Ultra Pod system is simple; all you have to do is insert the pod into the battery by simply dropping in the pod. The pod links to the battery magnetically, so all that is left to do is puff and enjoy. The Ultra Battery also comes equipped with a pre-heat function and variable power settings to fine tune your vaping experience.
Does uKERA fill cartridges?
We do not fill any devices. uKERA is a renowned brand that specializes in manufacturing high-quality vape hardware. We do not fill or sell filled devices. However, we do work with our partner in providing filling instructions and recommendations on auto filling machines.

Troubleshooting Questions

If my device is clogged, what should I do?
If your device is clogged, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

For button-activated devices: Press and hold the button while inhaling at the same time. This will heat up the oil and can help clear any blockages and allow vapor production.

For puff-activated devices: Turn the product upside down and blow into the air inlet (the bottom part). This can help dislodge any clogs and enable vapor production.

For puff-activated devices with Air Bypass: Puff on the device, the air bypass will activate the atomizer, allowing for the oil to heat up and clear the clog.

If neither of these options works to resolve the clog, it’s recommended to reach out to your sales representative for further assistance and guidance. They will be able to provide you with specific troubleshooting steps or determine if a replacement is needed.
If my 510 cartridges/pod are leaking, what should I do?
Check the seals: Make sure all seals are properly in place and undamaged.

Cap Quickly: We recommended capping your devices within 3min of filling to avoid over saturation that can lead to leaking.

Avoid Overfilling: Don’t exceed the maximum fill line indicated by the manufacturer.

Avoid Very Hot Filling Temps: If your oil is too hot when filling, it can cause the oil to become very thin which can cause over saturation quickly and lead to leaking.

Store upright: When not in use, keep your device and cartridges/pods upright.

Adjust temperature and pressure: Avoid extreme temperature changes and high-altitude areas.

Remember to consult the specific instructions provided with your device and cartridges/pods for more accurate guidance.

Do you take international orders?

Where is my order shipped from?

For fully customized orders or OEM/ODM orders shipping time will generally take 6-8 weeks depending on your location, order size and complexity. This includes manufacturing time, shipping time, and the average time it takes to clear customs.
