Filling & Capping Instructions

Thank you for choosing uKERA. To ensure the best product experience, we ask you to carefully follow these filling and capping instructions. Problems may occur if improperly filled and capped. For additional assistance or information on filling devices, please contact one of our representatives or check out our “How To Fill Series” on youtube.
Cartridges
ARBOR-PRESS
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Slowly fIll preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g without overfilling.
4. Using an arbor-press, press down on the mouthpiece until fully sealed within 3 minutes after filling.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the cartridge.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues and may cause oil to spill into the center airstem.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
EASY-PRESS
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Slowly fIll preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g without overfilling.
4. Cap within 3 minutes after filling by keeping the cartridge upright and center while pressing down on the mouthpiece until fully sealed.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the cartridge.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
SCREW-ON
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Slowly fIll preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g without overfilling.
4. To cap, within 3 minutes after filling, push down the mouthpiece onto the airstem, then screw on the cap keeping the cartridge upright and center while screwing on the mouthpiece until fully sealed.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the cartridge.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
Disposables
μKERA MINI
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Slowly fIll preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g without overfilling.
4. Press down on the cap within 3 minutes after filling by keeping the device upright and center while pressing on the mouthpiece until fully sealed.

1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstream or the air bypass hole above the tank, this will damage the device.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues and may cause oil to spill into the center airstem or airbypass hole.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
μKERA ONE
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Insert needle into one of the side filling holes and slowly fill preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 1.0g without overfilling.
4. Press down on the cap within 3 minutes after filling by keeping the device upright and center while pressing on the mouthpiece until fully sealed.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the device.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues and may cause oil to spill into the center airstem.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
μKERA AIR
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Remove silicone seal then slowly fill preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g without overfilling.
4. Install the silicon seal back onto the tank, then press down on the cap within 3 minutes after filling, keeping the device upright and center while pressing on the mouthpiece until fully sealed.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the device.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.
μKERA GP
Steps:
1. Using a filling device with a 14 gauge needle( ≤1.8mm)
2. preheat oil to ~120°F – 140°F (do not exceed 140°F)
3. Slowly fIll preheated oil to the appropriate capacity of 0.5g/1.0g/2.0g without overfilling.
4. Press down on the cap within 3 minutes after filling by keeping the device upright and center while pressing on the mouthpiece until an audible click is heard.
Cautions:
1. Do not fill or get oil into the center airstem, this will damage the device.
2. Overfilling may result in capping issues.
3. Failure to cap the mouthpiece within 3 minutes after filling may result in leakage.

Steps:
